Best of Ilford

Delta films are definitely the sharpest in Ilford's range, and are now some of my go-to films, especially for portraiture. Barely visible grain and nice edge sharpness are hallmarks of this film by a much respected company.

Sharp Sharp SHARP!!!!

Just dug out this negative from my collection. Can't remember the developer used but I think it was Ilford DD-X. That's a good developer for sharpness!

Perfect Film

Ilford know what they're doing with B&W film and Delta is a great film to use.

Sharp and contrasty. A surprising amount of latitude for a slower film. I shot this at 50 iso and metered for the shadows. Apparently pretty good for foggy tree silhouettes.

Fine grain and good sharpness, especially on medium format!
